Crazy Eights / One Card (com.lilacrepo.onecard)

This policy explains how the mobile application Crazy Eights / One Card (“the app”) handles personal information. It applies to the app only.
The app is operated by Lilac Repo (“we”). We do not run a server for the app and the app has no user accounts.
The app itself does not ask you for any information. The following is collected automatically by third-party SDKs embedded in the app.

We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, photos, or the contents of your games. The app never reads your device’s location; the approximate location above is inferred from your IP address by the ad provider.
The following is kept in the app’s local storage and is not transmitted: settings (players, rule set, language, sound, vibration), game record (games, wins, streaks), rank score, daily mission progress, days the app was opened, and the selected card back and table.
Uninstalling the app deletes this data. Android’s system backup is enabled, so your device may copy it to your Google account and restore it on a new device; that transfer occurs between you and Google.
We do not sell personal information for money. Because the app requests personalized ads, the ad provider receives the advertising information in section 2, which some US state laws may treat as “sharing” or “selling” (see section 9). Google LLC, a third party that provides the ads and the usage statistics, receives and processes the information in section 2 through the SDKs listed above, in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy and, for advertising, How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
We may disclose information where required by law.
Google may process this information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Such transfers are carried out under the safeguards described in Google’s privacy documentation.
We do not maintain our own database of user information. Data collected through Google services is retained according to Google’s published retention periods. Device-stored data is retained until you delete it or uninstall the app.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of the processing of your personal information, object to processing, and request data portability. Requests may be sent to onecard@lilacrepo.com.
You may also reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in your device settings at any time.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Providing an advertising ID to an ad provider for advertising may be treated as “sharing” or “selling” personal information under certain US state laws.
We do not collect sensitive personal information and we do not receive money for personal information. To opt out, disable ad personalization in your device settings, or contact us at the address in section 13.
The app is not directed to children. The target age group declared on Google Play is 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will act on it.
The app declares one permission: internet access, used to load ads and to transmit the data described in section 2. Google’s advertising and analytics libraries add further install-time permissions during the build, including network state, advertising ID and install referrer. None of these require your approval at runtime and none provide access to contacts, photos, camera, microphone or your device’s location.
If what we collect or transmit changes, this page is updated first and the change is noted in the app’s release notes.

앱은 Lilac Repo(이하 “회사”)가 운영합니다. 앱을 위한 자체 서버를 운영하지 않으며, 앱에는 회원 계정이 없습니다.
앱이 이용자에게 직접 입력을 요구하는 정보는 없습니다. 아래 항목은 앱에 포함된 제3자 SDK 를 통해 자동으로 수집됩니다.

수집하지 않는 정보: 이름, 이메일 주소, 전화번호, 연락처, 사진, 게임 내용. 앱은 기기의 위치를 읽지 않으며, 위 대략적인 위치는 광고 제공자가 IP 주소로 추정하는 것입니다.
다음 정보는 앱의 로컬 저장소에만 보관되며 외부로 전송되지 않습니다. 설정(인원, 규칙, 언어, 소리, 진동), 전적(판수, 승수, 연승), 랭크 점수, 일일 미션 진행도, 앱을 실행한 날짜, 선택한 카드 뒷면과 테이블.
앱을 삭제하면 위 정보도 함께 삭제됩니다. 안드로이드 시스템 백업이 켜져 있어 기기가 이 정보를 이용자의 구글 계정에 복사하고 새 기기에서 복원할 수 있으며, 해당 전송은 이용자와 구글 사이에서 이루어집니다.
회사는 개인정보를 돈을 받고 판매하지 않습니다. 앱이 맞춤 광고를 요청하므로 광고 제공자가 제2항의 광고 정보를 받으며, 일부 미국 주법에서는 이를 “공유” 또는 “판매”로 볼 수 있습니다(제9항 참조). 제2항의 정보는 광고와 이용 통계를 제공하는 제3자인 Google LLC 가 위 SDK 를 통해 받아 구글 개인정보처리방침 및 광고에 관하여 구글 서비스를 사용하는 사이트나 앱에서 수집한 정보의 이용 방식에 따라 처리합니다.
법령에 따라 요구되는 경우 정보를 제공할 수 있습니다.
구글은 이 정보를 미국을 포함한 이용자 거주 국가 외의 지역에서 처리할 수 있습니다. 해당 이전은 구글이 공개한 개인정보 보호 문서에 기재된 보호조치에 따라 이루어집니다.
회사는 이용자 정보를 담은 자체 데이터베이스를 보유하지 않습니다. 구글 서비스를 통해 수집된 정보는 구글이 공개한 보관 기간에 따라 보관됩니다. 기기에 저장된 정보는 이용자가 삭제하거나 앱을 제거할 때까지 보관됩니다.
관련 법령이 정하는 바에 따라 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요구하거나 처리에 반대할 수 있으며, 데이터 이동을 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청은 onecard@lilacrepo.com 으로 보내주시기 바랍니다.
기기 설정에서 광고 식별자를 언제든지 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있고, 광고 맞춤설정을 해제할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 거주 국가의 개인정보 감독기관에 진정할 권리가 있습니다.
광고 식별자를 광고 제공자에게 제공하는 행위는 일부 미국 주법에서 개인정보의 “공유” 또는 “판매”로 취급될 수 있습니다.
회사는 민감정보를 수집하지 않으며, 개인정보의 대가로 금전을 받지 않습니다. 거부를 원하시면 기기 설정에서 광고 맞춤설정을 해제하거나 제13항의 연락처로 요청해 주십시오.
이 앱은 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 구글 플레이에 신고한 타깃 연령층은 13세 이상입니다. 회사는 아동의 개인정보를 인지하여 수집하지 않습니다. 아동이 정보를 제공한 것으로 판단되는 경우 연락 주시면 조치하겠습니다.
앱이 직접 선언하는 권한은 인터넷 접속 하나이며, 광고를 불러오고 제2항의 정보를 전송하는 데 사용합니다. 빌드 과정에서 구글의 광고 및 분석 라이브러리가 네트워크 상태, 광고 ID, 설치 경로 확인 등 설치 시점 권한을 추가합니다. 이들 권한은 실행 중 이용자의 승인을 요구하지 않으며, 연락처, 사진, 카메라, 마이크, 기기 위치에 접근하지 않습니다.
수집하거나 전송하는 것이 달라지면 이 페이지를 먼저 갱신하고, 앱 업데이트 설명에 함께 적습니다.

本ポリシーは、モバイルアプリケーション「アメリカンページワン」（他の言語では Crazy Eights / One Card として提供されるもの。以下「本アプリ」）における個人情報の 取扱いについて説明します。本ポリシーは本アプリにのみ適用されます。
本アプリは Lilac Repo（以下「当方」）が運営しています。当方は本アプリのための サーバーを運用しておらず、本アプリにユーザーアカウントはありません。
本アプリ自体は、お客様にいかなる情報も求めません。以下の情報は、本アプリに 組み込まれた第三者の SDK によって自動的に収集されます。

当方は、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、連絡先、写真、およびお客様のゲームの内容を 収集しません。本アプリがお客様の端末の位置情報を読み取ることは 一切ありません。上記のおおよその位置情報は、広告提供者がお客様の IP アドレスから 推定するものです。
以下の情報は本アプリのローカルストレージに保持され、外部に送信されません。設定 （プレイ人数、選択したルール、言語、サウンド、バイブレーション）、対戦記録（対戦数、 勝利数、連勝数）、ランクスコア、デイリーミッションの進捗、本アプリを開いた日数、 ならびに選択中のカードの裏面およびテーブル。
本アプリをアンインストールすると、これらのデータは削除されます。Android の システムバックアップは有効になっているため、お客様の端末がこれらのデータを お客様の Google アカウントに複製し、新しい端末に復元することがあります。その転送は お客様と Google との間で行われるものです。
当方は個人情報を対価を得て販売しません。 アプリはパーソナライズ広告を要求するため、広告配信事業者が第2項の広告に関する情報を 受け取ります。これは米国の一部の州法において「共有」または「販売」とみなされる場合が あります（第9項を参照）。 第2項の情報は、広告と利用統計を提供する第三者である Google LLC が上記 SDK を通じて 受け取り、 Google のプライバシーポリシー、 広告については Google の サービスを使用するサイトやアプリから収集した情報の Google による使用 に従って処理します。
法令に基づき開示が求められる場合には、これに応じることがあります。
Google は、これらの情報を米国を含むお客様の居住国以外の国において取り扱うことが あります。かかる移転は、Google のプライバシー関連文書に記載された保護措置のもとで 行われます。
当方は、利用者の情報について独自のデータベースを保有していません。Google の サービスを通じて収集された情報は、Google が公表している保有期間に従って保有され ます。端末内に保存された情報は、お客様が削除するか本アプリをアンインストールする まで保持されます。
適用される法令に従い、お客様は、ご自身の個人情報へのアクセス、訂正、削除または 取扱いの制限を請求し、取扱いに対して異議を申し立て、データポータビリティを請求する ことができます。ご請求は onecard@lilacrepo.com までお送りください。
また、お客様はいつでも、端末の設定において広告識別子をリセットもしくは削除し、 または広告のパーソナライズを無効にすることができます。
お客様は、お住まいの国のデータ保護監督機関に苦情を申し立てる権利を有します。
広告のために広告識別子を広告配信事業者へ提供する行為は、一部の米国州法に おいて個人情報の「共有」または「販売」として扱われる場合があります。
当方は機微な個人情報を収集せず、個人情報の対価として金銭を受け取ることも ありません。オプトアウトをご希望の場合は、端末の設定で広告のパーソナライズを 無効にするか、第13項の連絡先までご連絡ください。
本アプリは児童を対象としていません。Google Play において申告している対象年齢層は 13歳以上です。当方は、児童から個人情報を故意に収集することはありません。児童が 情報を提供したとお考えの場合は、当方までご連絡ください。確認のうえ対応いたします。
本アプリが宣言している権限はインターネットアクセスの1つで、広告の 読み込み、および第2項に記載のデータの送信に使用します。Google の広告および分析の ライブラリは、ビルド時にネットワーク状態、広告識別子、インストールリファラーを含む インストール時の権限を追加します。これらはいずれも実行時にお客様の承認を必要とせず、 また、連絡先、写真、カメラ、マイク、お客様の端末の位置情報へのアクセスを可能にする ものでもありません。
当方が収集または送信する内容に変更があった場合は、まず本ページを更新し、その変更を 本アプリのリリースノートに記載します。

Esta política explica cómo trata la información personal la aplicación móvil Ocho loco, denominada en inglés Crazy Eights / One Card («la aplicación»). Se aplica únicamente a la aplicación.
La aplicación está operada por Lilac Repo («nosotros»). No mantenemos ningún servidor para la aplicación y la aplicación no tiene cuentas de usuario.
La propia aplicación no le solicita ninguna información. Los siguientes datos los recopilan automáticamente los SDK de terceros integrados en la aplicación.

No recopilamos nombres, direcciones de correo electrónico, números de teléfono, contactos, fotos ni el contenido de sus partidas. La aplicación nunca lee la ubicación de su dispositivo; la ubicación aproximada indicada anteriormente la infiere el proveedor de publicidad a partir de su dirección IP.
Lo siguiente se guarda en el almacenamiento local de la aplicación y no se transmite: los ajustes (jugadores, conjunto de reglas, idioma, sonido, vibración), el historial de partidas (partidas, victorias, rachas), la puntuación de rango, el progreso de las misiones diarias, los días en que se abrió la aplicación y el reverso de carta y la mesa seleccionados.
Al desinstalar la aplicación se eliminan estos datos. La copia de seguridad del sistema de Android está activada, por lo que su dispositivo puede copiarlos a su cuenta de Google y restaurarlos en un dispositivo nuevo; esa transferencia se produce entre usted y Google.
No vendemos información personal a cambio de dinero. Como la aplicación solicita anuncios personalizados, el proveedor de anuncios recibe los datos de publicidad del apartado 2, lo que algunas leyes estatales de EE. UU. pueden considerar «compartir» o «vender» (véase el apartado 9). Google LLC, un tercero que proporciona los anuncios y las estadísticas de uso, recibe y trata la información del apartado 2 a través de los SDK indicados, conforme a la Política de Privacidad de Google y, en materia de publicidad, a Cómo utiliza Google la información de sitios o aplicaciones que usan nuestros servicios.
Podremos comunicar información cuando así lo exija la ley.
Google puede tratar esta información en países distintos del suyo, incluido Estados Unidos. Dichas transferencias se realizan con las garantías descritas en la documentación de privacidad de Google.
No mantenemos una base de datos propia con información de los usuarios. Los datos recopilados a través de los servicios de Google se conservan conforme a los plazos de conservación publicados por Google. Los datos almacenados en el dispositivo se conservan hasta que usted los elimine o desinstale la aplicación.
Con arreglo a la legislación aplicable, usted puede solicitar el acceso a su información personal, su rectificación, su supresión o la limitación de su tratamiento, oponerse al tratamiento y solicitar la portabilidad de los datos. Las solicitudes pueden enviarse a onecard@lilacrepo.com.
También puede restablecer o eliminar su identificador de publicidad, o desactivar la personalización de anuncios, en los ajustes del dispositivo en cualquier momento.
Usted tiene derecho a presentar una reclamación ante la autoridad de protección de datos de su país.
Facilitar un identificador de publicidad a un proveedor de anuncios con fines publicitarios puede considerarse «compartir» o «vender» información personal conforme a determinadas leyes estatales de EE. UU.
No recopilamos información personal sensible ni recibimos dinero a cambio de información personal. Para excluirse, desactive la personalización de anuncios en los ajustes de su dispositivo o escríbanos a la dirección del apartado 13.
La aplicación no está dirigida a menores. El grupo de edad declarado en Google Play es de 13 años en adelante. No recopilamos a sabiendas información personal de menores. Si cree que un menor ha facilitado información, póngase en contacto con nosotros y actuaremos en consecuencia.
La aplicación declara un permiso: acceso a internet, que se utiliza para cargar los anuncios y para transmitir los datos descritos en el apartado 2. Las bibliotecas de publicidad y de analítica de Google añaden otros permisos de instalación durante la compilación, entre ellos el estado de la red, el identificador de publicidad y el referente de instalación (install referrer). Ninguno de ellos requiere su aprobación en tiempo de ejecución y ninguno da acceso a los contactos, las fotos, la cámara, el micrófono ni la ubicación de su dispositivo.
Si cambia lo que recopilamos o transmitimos, esta página se actualiza en primer lugar y el cambio se indica en las notas de la versión de la aplicación.
